Tree Work – Ground Crew

This is a full-time, entry-level position for the ground crew of our tree work company. We are looking for a motivated individual who wants to get their foot in the door of our industry. Our ideal candidate is someone who knows how to balance hard work and precision, while also being a team player.

What you’ll do

As a member of our ground crew you will be expected to carry out a number of tasks. These include:

Assisting aerial works and other members of the ground in various tree care and removal services.
Ensuring that the job site is safe and well-organized. Raking and cleaning as necessary.
Operating large equipment such as a chainsaw, chipper, backpack sprayer, leaf blower, etc.

In addition, we expect all members of our team to:

Work safely and exercise caution on all job sites.
Always abide by company policies and procedures.
Complete and utilize basic skills training.
Pursue additional training and/or certification as is necessary.
